This machine has a smart dosing system that learns on the job. After each dose and tamp, the dose level is read to determine if you need a bit more or a bit less. Taking some of the guesswork out of dosing, allowing you to focus on perfecting the grind size. Assisted tamping delivers a constant 10kg impression to your dose, finishing it with a 7º barista twist for a more polished puck.
