Royal Mail
We use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service, so the items should be with you next working day if ordered before our cut-off. However, this is not guaranteed. Items are trackable to the delivery point.
This service is free on orders over £30.
UPS
We also offer UPS shipping, however we tend to find that Royal Mail is quicker.
For larger items and/or larger parcels we use UPS. This is a 2-3 working day service. Please read below for further info. It is at our discretion if the item is too large or bulky to be sent via the Royal Mail 24 service and we may contact you for payment if necessary - please read below for more details.
- UPS shipping can be selected for all UK orders at a cost of £8.00
Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on Mainland UK orders over £30 **except on particularly large parcels, please read below for more info.

**If your order is particularly bulky or heavy, (~over 3kg), we may have to charge extra for delivery. We may have to contact you with a shipping quote. Should you choose not to proceed, we will issue a full refund for you.
Click + Collect
We offer click + collect from our shop, please select this option at checkout. We will contact you when your item is ready to be collected. If you need it by a particular time just leave us a note when placing your order and we'll get back to you to confirm.

We aim to despatch your order the same day, if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday. Meaning your item should be with you the following working day. Please note that this is NOT guaranteed.

***Please note, your order may be subject to import fees, VAT and Duty within your destination country. You are responsible for payment of these charges. If items are returned to us due to unpaid import fees, shipping fees will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our costs.
If your location is not listed, please email web@carandkitchen.co.uk with a list of items you would like to purchase. We will advise you if we are able to ship to you and what the cost would be.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Returns Policy
A big thank you for shopping with us at Car & Kitchen. We really really hope you love your purchases. However, if you do wish to return any products, please return your unused, unopened item to us for a refund. Please email web@carandkitchen.co.uk to let us know to expect your return within 30 days of receipt. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or perishable items, such as food or magazines. Your refund will be processed upon receipt, which must be within 30 days. Please ensure your completed returns form is enclosed. Return shipping is at the customers expense unless items are faulty or there's a fault or discrepancy on our part.
Please return your item by a tracked service for your peace of mind, we cannot be held responsible for missing items.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before we have shipped it, please urgently call our shop on 01729 823638.
Privacy
We will not share your details with third parties. Your telephone number will only be used if we need to contact you regarding your order. We may email you from time to time with special offers and information, but we will not send regular spam. You can also opt out at any time.

C&K Loyalty Scheme
Loyalty Points will be earned at the rate of 1 point for every whole pound spent on eligible goods, both in store and on our website.
Customers must be logged in to earn Loyalty Points on their account.
If you wish to accrue Loyalty Points on in store purchases, please advise your C&K server before making payment at the counter.
Loyalty Points are not transferrable between accounts.
Loyalty Points are valid for one year from being issued.
Loyalty Points can currently be exchanged for the following:
150 points - £5 voucher
250 points - £10 voucher
500 points - £25 voucher
Loyalty Points, once redeemed for a Loyalty voucher, cannot be refunded to your account.
Loyalty voucher codes, once created, must be used within 12 months of issue.
Loyalty voucher codes are valid for one use, in store or online.
Loyalty voucher codes are assigned to your account, so you must be logged in for them to work.
C&K reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Loyalty Scheme at any time, and may choose to exclude some customers from the scheme without explanation.
C&K may refuse to honour Loyalty voucher codes and/or issue Loyalty Points, if in its reasonable opinion, it considers that the C&K Loyalty Scheme is being misused.
Loyalty Discount codes can be used against both full price and sale items.
Returned items will result in the cancellation of any Loyalty Points accrued from the original sale.
If Loyalty voucher awarded as a result of a sale have subsequently been used, the customer may not receive a full refund for the returned items.
Some items will be excluded from the Loyalty Discount. These excluded products are subject to change without notice.
